Location central. Had everything we needed.

It could do with a freshen off paint and toilet seats replaced.

Space and location

The carpet was smelly not clean. Bed mattress uncomfortable. Not enough towels.

The location of the property was perfect for our needs. The size of the property exceeded our expectations and was very spacious. It was good to have a little driveway outside the front door to park the car in.

The key box was tricky to open and the front door was a nightmare to close. We made contact with their emergency number regarding this and it appears after a little communication they blocked us as it was no longer obtainable when i was trying to re contact them to let them know that we had eventually managed to lock the front door. This was a bit concerning. I feel as much as the property is a good size it is in need of a freshening up, carpets and paint. Front door needs fixed or replaced too.

Lovely house fine and big spacious comfortable beds would definitely stay there again

Just little things really like could have done with more toilet paper they could have left information on taxis delivery for food and could do with a lick of paint we did have a problem with the front door wasn't locking for us but other than that couldn't fault the place it was a good location but a bit of a walk for little legs but I would definitely stay they again

Excellent facility and ideal for the numbers staying.

There were several small issues and faults with light switches and other items.

The location and size of the rooms

It was a bit worn down with water stains on the kitchen ceiling, the inside of the fridge door was broken and general wear and tear, paintwork was old.
