Very friendly staff and great rooms…Brian the manager really went out of his way to make our stay fantastic!

Stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent, and the rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to recognize Eriel at the front desk—she went above and beyond from the moment we checked in and made sure all our needs were met. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

With the exception of the night manager (very helpful and resourceful with concerns) and the pool bartender (wonder person with friendly demeanor) - the rest of the staff lacked communication, were not resourceful, unfriendly and unprofessional. Since the hotel was not cheap to stay in - there was nothing extra or even professional about the staff or anything to make any of us want to stay there again - my family was visiting because we were attending an event in the area and this hotel was one of the hotels mentioned to stay at - we booked 5 rooms - we all felt the same with the customer service and would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area due this concern. While the night manager did contact me regarding my stay - he mentioned someone from the Operations Department would be in contact regarding our disappointment and concerns - so far no one has been in touch. DO NOT STAY HERE, you will be highly disappointed - book another hotel in the area that will give attention to detail and show more concern and attention to its guests who stay there.

I had a last-minute business trip, and there had been a mistake (on our end) with the booking, so I didn’t have a reservation when I arrived. It was late—almost midnight—but the manager, Bradley, took good care of me and made sure I was able to get a nice room at a reasonable price. Wonderful, thoughtful management and staff and a comfortable and centrally located hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Just an overnight, prior to a cruise, but we’d return. Clean, quiet, well equipped room, better than hundreds of boring chains, often at higher prices. Appreciated the electric cart ride to dinner and pick up, the extended check out time, the front desk help and attitude - outstanding. The in-room snacks, mini-bar and streaming TV - all an upgrade from typical experiences. The well designed mini-kitchen features were a nice touch and the market downstairs was the best coffee bar, store and food options we’ve seen almost anywhere. We’ve traveled over 5M flight miles, and thousands of hotel nights ranging from Marriotts, Four Seasons and high end boutique hotels. For a business trip, 1-3 night night in and out this is high value and great reward.
