"Great stay as always!"

I stay here frequently for business, and it’s become one of my go-to locations. The property is always clean, safe, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Upon check in, Bradley and I got to talking about the hotel amenities and the Blind Monk restaurant located just outside of the hotel - he made a great dinner recommendation! Overall this hotel continues to deliver a great experience every time I visit, and it’s exactly why I keep coming back!

I had a wonderful stay at AKA West Palm with my family during our vacation. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Brian and Eriel at the front desk for their great service. They were welcoming, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home. Overall, a great place to stay in West Palm Beach. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

"Relatively well , my only issue wesre the stains on the bed unfortunately ."

I believe it is quite fair for the price especially since it is in the downtown area , i loved the fact that there is a little grocery store which also had cigars available . And how easy it is to find everything.

This was my second stay at the AKA and I favored the first experience better due to the room location as well as when we pulled the comforter back there were stains on the bed sheets . I was going to go down to the main lobby to explain this but my partner has drank a little bit and did not want me to leave her aloe in the hotel room so it completely slipped my mind .
