Please note, guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in. Please note that the property reserves the right to ask that the credit card presented at check-in match the credit card used to make the reservation. For same-day arrivals, you must present the credit card used to make the reservation. Housekeeping service is included once a week for all stays of seven (7) nights or more. Guests reserving a stay of 30 nights or more will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. Please note a booking of 5 rooms or more will be considered a group booking and is subject to additional terms and policies. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Any change in the length or dates of a reservation may result in a rate change and Early Departure Fee of $150 or One Night Room & Tax, whichever is greater is applicable.
