I would like to clearly state that this hotel does not match the pictures on Booking in any way. The entire property smells strongly of mold, everything is very outdated and dirty. The bed linen was stained, including blood stains. The bathroom looks like it is from the 1970s, without exaggeration. Overall, the hotel appears extremely poorly maintained. For me, the price-performance ratio is absolutely unacceptable. I had to look for another hotel the same evening and paid an additional €500 for the following two nights. I would not have stayed in this hotel for even five minutes.
USGreat check-in system with out requiring to interact with front counter staff. Clean, quiet, and welcoming. Multiple pools and hot tubs in complex. A few steps away from ocean. Next to luxury complexes adds a great vibe. Great food and tourism options in the market next door. 10/10. Highest recommendation.

When first opened the door there was a large dead cockroach and the room was very hot. We removed the cockroach and turned on the AC and tried to go to bed. The AC (which was only in the bedroom) never got cold, so sleeping was difficult. The next morning we saw several smaller cockroaches running around. We asked to be moved to a different building and they were able to accommodate the request. The new room had AC in both the bedroom and living room which actually got cold and we never saw anymore cockroaches. The bedroom AC unit was extremely loud (living room was fine), but tolerable and better than nothing. We enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub was way too hot for our toddler. Every person who went in remarked how extremely hot it was - probably 105. We asked the person cleaning the pool if it could be turned down 1-2 degrees and he said no.
