Kitchen could be better equipped. A little dated, could be updated.
USUSKeyless entry was great. Rooms seem dated. The a/c was very loud so although it was still warm at night, I turned it off since it could still be heard in the next room. I also didn't want to disturb my neighbors. Location was convenient with the shops nearby.
USI absolutely loved the location of Plantation Hale Suites. I didn't know it would be so close to the airport and Old Kappa's town, which was such a bonus. The parking and ease of checking in was very nice, and the nearby stores and shopping center make it a great spot to come back after exploring. I love how each suite has a balcony as it was nice to sit and enjoy the night breeze. The pool was super clean and had a lot of places for sitting and lounging. The suite was bigger than I expected and the facilities and amenities were amazing. It was like having my own apartment away from home with a full functioning kitchen complete with cooking ware and utensils! Would highly recommend this place and the customer service when I had questions were so quick to answer and very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family on the beautiful island of Kauai. The location is fantastic—just a few steps from the water. I truly enjoyed watching the sunrises during our stay, which made every morning special. Everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was provided. The room was spacious and well equipped with a microwave, oven, and pans, and there was even an outdoor barbecue area available. The parking was great just in front of every building there is parking. It made resting and spending time together as a family very easy and enjoyable. My family and I rated our stay a perfect 10/10. We loved it and are already planning to come back next year and stay at the same hotel again.
