USUpon arrival, I discovered a blood stain and a sticker with hair on the duvet cover. Despite the room rate being nearly $300 a night, there was no staff available on the property to address the issue or change the linens after 5:00 PM. This level of service is significantly below the expected standard.
USOverall we had a very good stay. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the property was quick to respond to issues and provide us with some missing basic items in the kitchen. The room was quiet and had a nice view and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Shops and restaurants are very close by and convenient. The kitchen lacked basic food items like oil and vinegar, but we were provided with some sugar packets and a mini shaker of salt and pepper, about two teaspoons each. The pool was nice, but lack of barbeque utensils meant we could not use the barbeque. Laundry uses an app, and you have to load $10; we only used $3.
