"Good"

6.0

The property itself is stunning - the rooms are luxurious and they have really captured the beauty of the natural surroundings. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the pool is relaxing, and the food is generally tasty. Our biggest gripe was the service - for the price they ask, the service is subpar and does not meet the standards of other Auberge properties. We were frequently forgotten, whether at the restaurant, coordinating car pickups (always too early or too late), and/or the front desk constantly seemed confused. We noticed this as a pattern across the resort, with many people getting up from their seats trying to get someone's attention. We also never got a tour of the property, and our bags weren't in the room as anticipated. For dinner service, we were told we couldn't sit for 30 mins, when in fact our table was empty the entire time. They told us they were "pacing the staff" when in fact half the restaurant was empty. Come check out, we asked for an extended checkout, which they obliged, only to call back 10 mins later to say they couldn't accommodate, then sent someone for our bags, in which we weren't ready to leave yet (it was 9:15am for an 11am checkout). We participated in the picnic, Mercedes experience and bouquet-making class. All enjoyable and easy to join (or not) based on your tastes. Overall, the property again is beautiful, but the faulty service left a poor taste in our mouth.

"Exceptional Service from Start to Finish"

10.0

From the moment we arrived at Wildflower Farms, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, thoughtful details, and — most importantly — the incredible team. The property is stunning, but it’s the people who truly make the experience unforgettable. A huge shoutout to the Bellmen, Doormen, and Valet team — they were consistently warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so memorable. We’re already looking forward to returning!

The best resort we've been to in the NYC area. The service, food, and accommodations were all impeccable. We will be going back for sure.

"Great Trip. Would come back!"

8.0

Architecture and design are 10/10. One of the most naturally beautiful places I have ever seen. Service of staff was excellent and made me feel special. I think the F&B program needs some improvement but there are plenty of other places to eat at nearby.

Good stay but can improve on value and offerings. Staff friendly. Amenities and experience don’t compare to some of the other Auberge resorts.

"A Perfect Place for a Perfect Proposal"

10.0

We recently stayed at Wildflower Farms, Auberge Resorts Collection in New York for a very special occasion — a surprise engagement for my daughter. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The staff went above and beyond in every way. They were not only accommodating and professional, but also kind, thoughtful, and fully in on the surprise. We had to create a bit of a story to get her to her favorite resort without giving anything away, and the team handled it perfectly — playing along and helping us set the scene without raising suspicion. The surprise proposal went off without a hitch, and the private dinner afterward was absolutely beautiful. Every detail was thoughtful and well executed. The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch. As for the property itself — it’s stunning. Peaceful, scenic, and full of charm. You can feel how much care goes into every part of the guest experience here. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting or a more supportive team for such a meaningful moment. Highly recommend Wildflower Farms for any special occasion — or even just a peaceful getaway.

"Perfect weekend getaway! Views, privacy, excellent food and charming cottage."

10.0

Beautiful rustic setting and a cozy, private cottage with very comfortable bed and pillows. Understated elegance throughout the property. Excellent service and delicious farm fresh food at every meal with gorgeous views from the deck. Pools, spa and sauna are easily accessible and very clean. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Not at all pretentious - very comfortable and relaxing. Something for everyone!

"Magical"

10.0

Absolutely magical! This is my second visit celebrating another milestone (first was a baby shower weekend with 15 of my closest family and friends October 2023) and this one was 45 with my parents, sister, husband and daughter. Such an open environment to just celebrate love in the nature. The staff is almost like family. You can truly feel the connection with this place and will want to come back. Thank you and we will see next year!

"Overpriced and service does not delivery"

4.0

The property is beautiful and the rooms are well-appointed, but the overall experience fell short of 5-star standards and did not justify the exceptionally high rates. While the staff was generally friendly, they appeared undertrained, and even basic requests were consistently difficult to fulfill throughout our stay.

"Second time there, great, but declining enthusiasm for the property"

6.0

We were at the resort a year ago. Definitely not as nice as it was a year ago. It seems everyone found out about it. There were a lot of women's groups and they were loud, chatty and annoying at the pool and we were there on a husband/wife trip. The lounge chairs at the pool are unbearably hot they absorb heat and were very uncomfortable. The food at the pool was very good as were the drinks. The food at Clay was good but the second night the service and wait time for food was not good, we went with another couple. The Clay menu wasn't very different from last year and would have liked to see more variety in the menu. There were poop bags left for two days on the property which was kinda gross you would have thought they would go around and clean and notice that stuff. Dogs are not allowed at the pool or inside Clay but one night a family brought ta large dog into Clay and someone had a dog at the pool. The service was good and everyone who works there is friendly with a yes attitude but we didn't feel blown away by the service the way we felt when we left last year. We have a very old dog and they were very helpful making sure we got to check in early because he can't be in the heat and Ashley was also helpful extending our checkout by one hour. We went to Hudson Whiskey and did a tasting and brought home a lot of bottles of alcohol. Hudson Whiskey is definitely a must. We also did all the hikes on the property. None of the experiences really interested us. The fitness center is nice. The lodge rooms are still nice but they need a fresh painting like in the bathroom there were marks etc on the walls. The great lodge area the seating and furniture seemed a lot more beated up than last year when everything felt brand new. We felt last year it was a classier crowd and now everyone is finding out about this spot and it just wasn't quite as special this time. Probably wouldn't go back again.
