The restroom flush wasn't working properly.

Location was not far from the main town but a bit of a walk. Good price considering.

Bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned properly - half used soap still in the shower.

Staying in that apartment was undoubtedly the worst experience of my life. Despite having stayed in hotels and apartments many times before, I have never encountered such a terrible situation. Upon settling in, we inquired at the reception desk about receiving letters and parcels, and they assured us they would gladly accept them. However, reality proved to be quite the opposite. The reception unjustly suspected us of illegal activities and abruptly demanded that we vacate the premises immediately. It was a horrifying ordeal, especially considering we were innocent and had already paid for our stay. Despite our refusal to leave, they persisted in expressing their dissatisfaction with our presence. Regrettably, it seems that in these apartments, they can expel you for no valid reason if they happen to conjure up suspicions, even when you have done nothing illegal. Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the cleanliness standards in the apartment. Upon checking in, we found the microwave to be in a deplorable state, and although we requested it to be cleaned, little improvement was made. I was also disheartened to witness the cleaning lady carelessly placing face and body towels on the floor in the hall corridor, a flagrant violation of hygiene practices. I strongly advise against choosing these apartments if you expect to receive parcels, desire a clean environment, or anticipate being treated with even the slightest courtesy. Save yourself the trouble and seek alternative accommodations.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The location was very central. The response times were excellent. Communication was timely. Facilitated an early check-in, which was great .

The room was not clean when we early checked in but once we let the staff know, they responded quickly and cleaned the room, so response time was very quick.

Great location. Relaxing lounge downstairs. Room good. Bathroom excellent. Perfect for two people.

Pre occupation cleaning was generally very good however bin had rubbish in and oven tray was pizza covered. Nothing major though and reported to reception who informed housekeeping.
