Great location, modern and clean - lucky students! Although a late checkin, Staff kindly kept our luggage for us!

Our only grumble - The bed was very soft and not good for a couple sharing. Also the rubber sheets made it very hot and I’m uncomfortable! I appreciate this is student accommodation but is this needs to improve for the holiday market.

"Comfy stay at the heart of Belfast"

The staff was very friendly. Although I came very earlier than the checkin hour they let me enter the room. The room was exactly the same in the picture and it was super clean. I had everyhting I will need. The room was hot enough.

Great new accommodation in good location Staff very welcoming and helpful. You don't need to be a student to stay out of term time. Even get to play table football in communal lounge 😀

Kitchen not that well equipped with kitchen utensils but suited us fine
