Very convenient location - more central than you might think.

The need to send photographic identification and pay a caution fee of £100 - this was immediately refunded on departure. The booking.com site did not make it clear that this accommodation was meant for students only - this caused me a lot of stress and worry as I am not a student.

Good location. Has potential to be a pleasant place to stay.

Not cleaned properly, including some foulness.. Not properly equipped by either venue or agency. No microwave turntable. No instructions. No vegetable knife!!! And no way I could even buy one because of trading laws requiring one to buy a whole knife set! Very poor response to messages. Inadequate systems in place for paperwork handling - security staff clueless, paperwork mislaid. No instructions on recycling/waste - had to ask at reception (though weekend staff clueless). Bins had been lined incorrectly. Poor layout of kitchen. Not enough drainer space. Fridge too close to oven. Room too warm / under-ventilated. Fridge noisy.
