Breakfast. French toast, ham, & potatoes were hard & tasted like frozen food.

If you have a full size vehicle (SUV, van or truck) you will not be able to park or valet your vehicle and will have to park on the street with the parking meters. This means you have to be at your vehicle before 8am to get the meter going in the morning. No real apology from staff - we had no idea until we pulled up to park and they were pretty dismissive about it. Otherwise we’ve had good stays here but the parking is not optimal and we will most likely be choosing another Hyatt to stay at in the future.

Nice hotel with close proximity to historic buildings and good walkable restaurants. The complementary breakfast was great too.

Hyatt House was an extremely pleasant surprise how lovely it was! The old renovated building was gorgeous and felt more like a boutique hotel experience. Even better, the Hyatt team! From valets to front desk and breakfast room, we experienced only fabulous service! Our high floor room had a great view to downtown and the kitchenette was so convenient - loved that! Big screen TV was nice with sofa area but the Chromecast did not work so there was nothing to watch as not many channels. King bed/pillows super comfy. Huge clean bathroom with nice products. There is a cute little gym if needed. The Sutter Fort park across the street was totally worth a visit. It is a walkable neighborhood. Valet parking is $40/day. The included breakfast was fabulous with anything you could want! Lots of hot fresh coffee. We'll definitely choose this hotel again.

Great location and building. Room was very clean, although rather small and dark. Bed was comfortable. Valet service for our car was good. Breakfast was rather grim. We were there about 8:30 on a Sunday and there was no coffee, not much food and a lot of trash around. Assuming breakfast room is understaffed. Check-in was delightful.

The location, room and onsite staff were very kind, accommodating and professional...In fact, they are some of the best I have encountered. The breakfast and coffee were good. They had a bar and music, but I didn't go.

The staff were wonderful. However, I realized that I left a jewelry bag with some meaningful silver items. I called twice and am still waiting to hear back. I realize it is my fault for not double checking the room before I left as I was in a rush. Still.... a phone call with final findings would have been professional. UGH!

Terrific location, excellent front desk service, nice breakfast and work-out area. My suite was large and very comfortable.
