Nos encantó el hotel, céntrico, limpio, el cuarto limpio, el trato espectacular

Estoy muy moleta, hasta la fecha no me han quitado el pago de depostio que hice.. y cada vez que llamo me dicen que su contadora esta de vacaciones.

We really enjoyed the hotel’s classic red‑brick architecture, large windows, and interior design, and the grand Christmas decorations made the atmosphere feel festive and welcoming. We were also upgraded to a suite with a kitchen and dining area, which was a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated. Breakfast could use some improvement. Our family prefers breakfast potatoes over hash browns, the oatmeal was quite dry (likely overcooked), we couldn’t find salt and pepper, and the waffle was a bit too hard and dry. During our stay, the digital key did not work, and the in‑room Chromecast was also not functioning. Parking at the hotel is quite expensive, though there were plenty of nearby parking meters available for overnight parking, which helped.

Stayed here 12/7–12/15/25 while recovering from spinal surgery due to the hotel’s proximity to Sutter Medical Center and ADA availability. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned (dirty pull-out sofa, hair, food debris, trash with toenail clippings), and these issues persisted despite multiple housekeeping requests. Both TVs malfunctioned the entire stay, streaming never worked, and IT could not fix it. Housekeeping was unreliable and required us to vacate the room for hours—once immediately post-op—only to return to a room that was still not cleaned. Noise issues (continuous dog barking) added to the stress. I’ve stayed here before with a good experience, which makes this especially disappointing. This stay fell far below Hyatt’s standards for cleanliness, care, and guest safety, particularly for a medically vulnerable guest.

Gutes Frühstück und gute Lage. Schönes Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Es gibt keine Mängel

Rooms are nice. Friendly staff. Nice ambiance. Feels good.

No free parking. Breakfast is bare bones, more in the style of a cheap motel.
