Sentral Old Town

Walking distance to Old Town and dozens of restaurants, plus Scottsdale Stadium. Loved the size and layout of the rooms. Fantastic large kitchen with everything you'd want and lots of counter space. Great amenities outside the room: pool, hot tub, large communal area with board games, kitchen, pool table and room for dozens of people, and a deck on the top floor. Best of all was the service. Every person I dealt with was great, helpful, friendly, upbeat and just added to the enjoyability of my stay.

The proximity to shopping and restaurants. A very safe and easy to navigate parking garage. All in all, it was a very nice apartment for us to stay in for a few days.

The last night there was a lot of noise from the apartment above us. It sounded like a child running back and forth constantly for at least an hour

The apartment furniture was awful!

The location is what we were looking for in regards to proximity to Old Town.

The check-in process was cumbersome and tedious. The 'staff' as we checked in acted as if we were a bother. The carpet in the bedroom was old, and wrinkled up. The room overall was well used and showed signs of it. There was a MASSIVE stain on the left side of teh mattress. They used a flat sheet instead of a fitted one, and when we got up the first morning the sheets had shifted and as i pulled the covers up to make the bed, the stain was revelaed and made the remaining nights uncomfortable. The washer (albeit nice to have) didn't drain, leaving our small loads completely soaked, and the dryer didn't dry- you had to set it to run multiple times to get teh loads fully dry.

Be careful before you book this place. I booked this place since it said it was a free cancellation. I could no longer make my trip and cancelled WITHIN the cancellation period and they still charged me. Then when I tried to contact them they ignored me multiple times and the I disputed with my credit card company and they instantly replied to my credit card company trying to prove I “booked” the hotel and mentioned nothing about their cancellation policy. I got a receipt for my cancellation clearly stating my total was $0 from the company but they still tried to be sneaky and charge. I was just going to cancel this month and rebook for next time but I’ll make sure to never stay here again :)
