Helpfulness of front-desk person. Workout room was nice.

Instructions regarding things like how to set the thermostat and using the key fob to get into the room and locking the door were non-existent. Had to ask the front desk person to explain the thermostat (and other people were having the same problem). Also parking was unclear, although the front-desk person helped out.

Room was large, separate bedroom was great, bathroom/shower were great, and full kitchen worked well.

Parking options very limited without paying $26 nightly.

Kitchen was not well stocked. No cooking untensils or dish towels. No extra towels or wash rags in the bathroom.

Great location

The sink was clogging only after washing hands, and cups in the cabinet were dirty and had lipstick all over them.
