No coffee, no laundry, no iron, dirty carpet, parking at pain in the a and expensive

The only thing that was good about this place is the location.

Key fobs didn't work, Wi-Fi didn't work, no towels for the shower and had to request for some, 150$deposit for a second door fob!! and disgusting stains on the bedroom carpet.

Too technical

Very clean, very modern. Comfortable space, comfortable bed. Very convenient to Fashion Square.

This place is much too complicated. The staff was kind, but it is an overly confusing and expensive place to stay, with very complicated check in, and expensive parking. The location is a bit remote on foot, but an easy area by car. The kitchen facilities are a joke. Not a single towel in the kitchen, or place to dry dishes, so washing any of the dishes creates its own problems—and the paper towels are so cheap they are worthless. There is a stove but no pan of any kind that can be put in the stove to warm something up. Coffee is not really available in the room or available in the lobby, as one would expect in a hotel. There is no way to store anything in the fridge. One washcloth and towel for each person. It seems as if they expect a guest to sleep there but otherwise not spend any time. I wouldn’t stay there again.
