It was spacious, nicely decorated, good location, good but expensive cafe next door

There were a few broken things such as the blind in the lounge had completely come off the window and was laying on the window ceil, the bath plug didn’t work, the toilet seat in the ensuite was broken

clean flat , separate bedrooms, opened kitchen, big social space , shower with bath , code access to get into the flat

unable to open the windows in the bedrooms, lack of unit in the bathroom for cosmetics, needs more lighting in the lounge at night , lack of salt and pepper in the kitchen

Pleasantly appointed and the rooms were spacious, well equipped. Public areas were well maintained and smelt lovely. Good security too. Proximity to the cathedral and walking distance to other points of interest including the subway.

Tired kitchen units and a few bits of the crockery are chipped and require replacement. Blinds were broken in lounge and bin in the bathroom is broken. Toilet seat in en-suite is misaligned and needs correcting
