The place was clean and nice location

It was impossible to reach the property management when i had emergency at the flat. The fact that there is no reception desk, at least owner should be reachable. It was freezing and showers needed fixing. A problem that could have been solved only if owner responded when contacted.

Comfortable and clean accommodation.

The hot water wasn't enough for three people to shower until we discovered that the heater required boosting quite a bit. Unfortunately the bus services were not available due to road work at the city centre. It involved quite a long walk back from the other side of the city centre.

Sehr unkomplizierter Check in, das Appartement war sehr sauber und schön.Die Lage ist super, in 2 Minuten an der Cathedral of Glasgow und dem Negropolis, zur Innenstadt und dem Busbahnhof ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Sollten wir wieder nach Glasgow kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall hier wieder buchen.

Das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber in den Bädern fehlen Ablageflächen.

"Pleasant stay"

Very clean room, a lot of space. Nice, quiet place to stay. Easy to walk to transportation or attraction. Had all kitchen appliances in good, working condition, so it's easy to cook for yourself. Overall very god place.

No response on inquires outside of business hours. So if you arrive late and have no heating working, like we had, it's not gonna be addressed till next day. Additional concern that they require image of your ID sent via email which is very insecure way.

Snadný vstup přes kódové dveře, vynikající lokalita, kousek od centra, hned vedle katedrály a nekropole. Dole kavárna se snídaní. Prostorný byt: 2 ložnice s manželskou postelí, obývací pokoj s gaučem a kuchyní, plně vybavené. Koupelna s vanou.

Některé vybavení opotřebované, ale za to mohou předchozí hosté. Check-in vyžadoval další soukromé informace (fotku pasu) a zálohu (mimo booking). Ale vrácení zálohy proběhlo v pořádku.

Leider kamen wir voll in den Streik der Lufthansa, Flug 13.4. annulliert. Glücklicherweise stießen wir auf diese Royale Unterkunft in Glasgow. Die Kathedrale um die Ecke ebenso die Nekropole. Unkompliziert konnten wir nach kurzfristiger Buchung am Vortag für 2 Nächte einchecken. Ein Traum... Da unsere saubere Kleidung nach 10 Tagen Falkirk aufgebraucht war, wurde unserer Not erkannt und wir durften völlig unkompliziert eine Waschmaschine des Hauses nutzen. Die Betten sehr gemütlich, eine Küche mit allem was man braucht und saubere Räume. Mit dem Lift in die 4.Etage und die Wohnung/Eingänge gesichert mit manuellen bzw. elektronischen Schlössern und Fluren (Kamera überwacht). Alles top.

Heizung / Heizzeiten gewöhnungsbedürftig, könnte vielleicht etwas vereinfacht werden.
