Shongwe Oasis

A lovely boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the location as it was easy to get everywhere. They catered for vegetarian food which was really good. Tea and coffee was available at any time and we enjoyed sitting around having a cuppa after the day full of activities. The hotel was also very quick in organising the activities and also swift in replying to any queries while booking.

The staff were incredibly efficient, friendly and took on the role of hosts with aplomb. The rooms were large, airy and spotless. Food was excellent and the craft beer delish

スタッフはみんなとても親切だった。受け付けでは、予約しているアクティビティの迎えが遅いと、電話をかけて状況の確認をしてくれて、とても助かった。 朝食、昼食、夕食はともに美味しかった。 デラックス・ダブルルームのベットの枕元のコンセントが充実していて便利(B3L, F, USB-A) 貸し出ししている、電動アシスト自転車は、町の雰囲気を楽しむのに最適だった。

Good breakfast and menu, peaceful place, great staff !! Room and amenities are pleasant., Quiet place with a nice garden full of birds. Electric bikes (complementary) and possibility to enjoy the facilities of their "sisters" lodges around.

Lack of flexibility for early check in and late check out (when there's room available). Price of activities : less expensive booking them directly. Breakfast could be modified every day (jam, nutella, crepes and other pastries would have been appreciated), same for the diner. Lack of diversity regarding the price paid !!
