Door to room did not lock

I didn't even walk in the room I want a full refund pls! The location was way to far and when I get there they tell me I had the wrong location,so I left and came back! The place is very uncomfortable feeling they give me a room on 2nd floor and in a dark corner I didn't even open the door it was the uncomfortable! I want my money back to top that off they charged me an extra $50 when I got there I just want my money back!

Their ports used for a breakfast is laughable considering that they have a machine that offers orange juice which is the most watered down orange juice I've ever tasted in my life the apple juice was actually legitimate refreshingly enough but the cranberry juice was just water and then they had a refrigerator that informed you that there was milk inside of it but was only to be used for cereal and nothing else. I didn't dare even try to use the waffle maker it looked like it was out of commission anyway it was so bad. I can't stress this enough the whole entire place is going to hell. The shower didn't drain there was nasty dirt and grime on every single wall possible and these people had the nerve to charge a $50 deposit. I wanted to say how the hell do you charge a deposit for a room that's already broken that's not going to be my $50 that pays for all that damage that was already there so I took a video to prove all the damage that was there ahead of time. When I was getting ready to check out I stepped outside my door and discovered that the front desk lady was standing right on the other side of the door listening to my conversation I was having with my friends for some reason and I informed her how the lamp that was plugged into the wall just exploded on the power cord and charred their floor just randomly and completely scared the hell out of me. The electrical wiring in this place is not safe. Could hear electrical arcing every time I plug my cell phone

There was a bed.

The staff was very indifferent about our being there. The couch inside the door was of fake leather, which was so worn that it didn't have any "leather" on the seat at all. The tub was cracked on the bottom and I was fearful of having my foot pinched while showering. There was a sprinkler head in the bathroom that we covered with a washcloth so that it would not go off and flood the room while we showered. The breakfast consisted of cold cereal, there were 2 Honey Buns, coffee, juice, and assortment of breads for toast and a waffle maker with batter to make waffles. A refrigerator stood empty with a sign on the door asking patrons to limit milk to one carton per person. I hadn't planned on swimming, but if I had, I couldn't because the pool was completely unusable.

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The AC didn't work accurately. The check-in process was slow.

The electrical system was compimised. Staff's answer was putting an extenion cord for our c-paps, phone chargers and one lamp. The room had an alcove that was not lit and we found ourselves having to use phone flashlight to see anything. Room had a musty smell and not clean. Carpets were warn an musty with a build up dire along floor boards.The roof was leaking and they had placed a trash can to catch the water. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and would give this hotel 0 stars, however I have to choose one stars in order to give a review.

It was okay, floors felt sticky, room smelled bad, the sofa bed was really bad & old.....
