CLEAN , COMFORTABLE HOTEL IN A CROWDED AREA VERY CLOSE TO THE GANGA AARTI AND KASHI VISHWANATH TEMPLE. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AND DINNER. STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL . HOTEL CAN ARRANGE GOOD TAXI CABS FOR VISITS TO SARNATH, PRAGYARAJ, AYODHYA ETC. WE STAYED IN 3 PERSON SUITE WHICH WAS VERY COMFORTABLE

They don't have a parking, so if your are visiting via car please check where u will park car. Rest facilities are ok or good but parking issue is major one. It is new to kashi temple hence good..................................................

This place was fine. I wouldn't stay here again, probably because I don't know if I'll go to Varanasi again. Anyways- be aware you can't take a taxi to this location so you have to take your luggage down the streets or find a rickshaw. The food was ok. My room had a strange smell. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Twinkle. There are lots of shopping and street food options close by.

Every thing was very dirty, toilets,showers, linens . The bed had bed bugs . I told them that cleaness is the main problem

One of the best hotel in Varanasi. This hotel is very near to Kashi vishwanath. We got spacious room and well furnished infrastructure. Food was wonderful.. Mr Narendra at front was very helpful.Amazing staff. The hotel provide us boat and cab facility which is again really warmth..They have a banarasi saree collection too..We will again come with family.

We have a wonderful experience in Hotel Pearl Courtyard, Varanasi.We booked a 3 bedded dlx room for 3 nights.The hotel is maintained well &very neat & clean.The room is spacious,spick & span, enough space for 3 adults.The bathroom was big, neat , have all necessary branded kit.House keeping is good.I was particularly impressed with excellent behaviour of all the staff starting from security guys at the main gate, front desk people, F& B guys in the Restaurant.Akshay, Alex & Sashank & others were really helpful. Manish, the room service guy was smart & efficient.The whole team of hotel is always smiling & willing to help.The management deserves to be congratulated for building such an wonderful team.I have travelled all over India & many parts of the world. I have never found such courteous staff in the best of hotels.The only suggestion i have is to add a few more non spicy variety of food in the restaurant. My sincere thanks to team Pear Courtyard.

A very bright and clean environment coming in off the chaotic, dirty streets. It’s so friendly, hospitable, and safe in the hotel. The restaurant is really good, too, in a city where it’s challenging to find a good and delicious meal.

Excellent service and convenient location. Staff were amazing. The onsite restaurant was very clean, tasty and convenient. Overall, a great experience.

House keeping, Bellman, and most of staff are very good. Location is good. Walk to kashi Vishwanath tampleannmd arti ghat..special thanks to Rakesh jaiswal in the lobby. Always smiling and helpful. Special thanks to restaurant staff Bitusingh Yadve and Shive . Very nice and helpful.
