:- DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL -: • The hotel has a good appearance, but the staff and managers behave like gundas (Rowdy). • When I provided feedback about the untidy bed, they took offense and responded, "We allowed your check-in 15 minutes early and you are complaining! You can leave if you wish and find a 5-star hotel." • When I requested a refund to leave, they refused to return my money. • When I mentioned involving the police, they arrogantly claimed that even SP, DSP cannot do anything as the manager is Liquor King. *I Repeat - DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL*

Very good hotel. Clean, well maintained rooms. Food is also very good. They serve sattvik food (without onion and garlic) for breakfast. Restaurant menu is also good. Very pleasant and responsive staff. Conveniently located close to the temple, ghat, shopping area, etc.

On our way to the Maha Kumbh we stayed two nights at the Pearl Courtyard. We chose this hotel because it is conveniently located near the KashiVishwanath Temple and the Kala Bhairav temple. The hotel provides excellent travel services at the travel desk with advice and assistance with temple visits and other trips to go around the city. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. The staff were more than welcoming and I would strongly recommend this hotel because the time we stayed was the most stressful and difficult time during the Maha Kumbh but at no time did we feel helpless thanks to the excellent service provided by the staff.

The amount of money charged which is approx 10,000 per night .is 5 times more . Shabby rooms , small bathrooms , non working hairdryers , second hand slipers to use , no car parking area , bathrooms without partitions between toilet and wash , hard mattress beds , Most important, it is placed so near to the other house that any 1 can just peep in to your rooms and you can easily watch everything with 0 privacy , rooms are located just above the chimney of the restaurant so it's full of noise whole day and night , rooms very small hardly you could walk . Window AC giving a feel of you flying in an helicopter , Make my trip just ripped me off with the photos and ratings inwould not even give 1 star to this hotel . Better stay in other small hotel with budget on offer but avoid this over priced hotel . Dear make my trip change your ratings of this hotel from 4star to 2star minimum. And counter rates on offer was 6000 for the room per night and make my trip charged me 10,000 per night. No vallet , upon asking the staff they just say sorry sir we don't have any ,.

Besides being very close to the main temple and ghats this hotel has a lot of other plus points. The rooms are decently sized and well maintained with all amenities including 24 hours running hot water and in - room dining. The in-house restaurant Satvik serves a good spread throughout the day. They also have a chaat house by the same name at the entrance. Shalini and Parul, at the travel desk are always available for boat / car hires and give a good deal with reasonable rates. Thank You ladies. They also have their own silk showroom Shri Banarasi where you will get the best silk products at competitive rates. For an additional discount make sure that someone from the hotel takes you there. Another advise I would give is that for best rates, book directly with them. Pearl Courtyard hotel to only 500 m wakable distance Baba Vishwanath Temple and Kaal Bhairav temple 1.8 km nearby Ganga river I am very enjoyed boating my family was so happy food delicious Banarasi Puri bhaji so tasty and malaiyo lassi bati chokha Banarasi pan wow everyday very Rush stop was lovely politely Excellent location. The room we had was nice, clean with a balcony. All hotel Staff we encountered from the reception, restaurant, housekeeping etc. were very pleasant & helpful. In Satvik restaurant we enjoyed a couple of meals. Great staff again, especially Kishan and the gentleman who served us dinner & late lunch (sorry did not get his name) The morning breakfast has limited items/options. Otherwise a wonderful stay in Varanasi.

I tried this amazing place for the first time People are really amazing.. Hospitality and well maintained They guide you the best and advise you on alternate arrangements like Hiring bike etc.. I have planned my stay here as I am visiting for maha kumabela. Worth every penny for staying at this location 😊

The hotel menu is damn expensive I felt otherwise hospitality at the hotel is also good I would say..

No parking,I was overcharged on breakfast.It was mentioned 150 on website but the staff charges 300
