Pearl Courtyard

This is as a stretch a 2 star property located on a conjugated street greatly limiting in/out access to the hotel. Poorly designed bathrooms. The room we stayed in even had a lizard in if!

Good: The service of the staff was good. Always polite and helpful. Was traveling with an old parent and staff rushed to help whenever she arrived. Bad: Room was not as advertised. . The room lacked ventilation and smelled weird. I had asked for a room with two queen beds, and was given an extra mattress on the floor.

If you want to be in the heart of Varanasi near the famous temples and the Ganges river, all within walking distance, this is the hotel for you. If you do not like hotels in a crowded noisy area, then you will not like the hotel. We loved it and the location was fantastic. The staff and service was very good. We would definitely return.

This can at best be called a GLORIFIED LODGE. Room Tarrif of 7,500 plus taxes is three times what it deserves. Interiors are terrible.no hot water in bathrooms, very hard water... makes the body sticky All in all... then worst experience

Loved our stay at Pearl Courtyard! The service and hospitality was excellent. The hotel is located in the prime location which made it very easy and convenient for us to travel around the city. Each and every staff at Pearly courtyard is very polite, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

Location of this hotel is good, but there is major construction going on right outside the hotel. Staff over here ll try to charge you extra for everything, so you need to be little cautious. We had booked bigger rooms but were given smaller ones with hardly any amenities and the staff won’t hesitate in giving you 100 excuses. Very poor service , be it room or food. They will always try to charge more for taxis and boats, book on your own once you are in ghat, you ll find many options and we did private boats all the three days and was better and cheaper. Food - food was stale and was served in more than one hr, after complaining the staff has no courtesy to feel sorry. Second day we ordered in room , Half food was served in 1hr and rest took another half an hour to come. Amenities- There was no dryer, hair confditioner etc in the hotel, towels were dirty, beds are very small. Room - There was hardly any space to move around in the room. And apparently the guy with whom I was talking went for a long holiday.This hotel doesn’t look like a 4star given they charge like one, I think it should be rated under 2 or 3 star category. Not value for money at all. Good part - housekeeping staff is good and helpful. Mandir is accessible by rickshaw and by walk too but because of construction it is too congested.

Stayed here for a night recently. We were out of choices, so picked this for an insane price of $300. This property is Unhygienic, Crass, Terribly Overpriced, Dirty and is at the most a 1 -2 STAR on a good day. They say, pictures are worth a thousand words, so please see pictures of our deluxe room we stayed at for $300. Please note: The dirty towels, Iron and Ironing board, Used dirty slippers, Dirty Lamp Shade, SHAMEFUL PROPERTY, on a good day, if there was no choice, I will not pay more than $30 (Rs 2500), they charged us x 10 times for such a horrible place. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE!

The hotel is in a great location for central varanasi and the staff were incredibly helpful. I think the big let down was the quality of the room - the bedsheets were worn and the bed has stains on the headboard. The room itself could have done with a deep clean - it was dusty and run down. The air con only had two settings - off or arctic. That said, for what we paid, it worked for a short stay.

We had a good time as it’s close to all the temples .. Rajesh behal bell boy was really helpful.. staff was very helpful
