Cosy Axminster Studio with Extra Beds

Wonderful accomodation, only 15 minutes from Charmouth and Lyme Regis. The accomodation was very clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Host was very welcoming, and let us collect fresh eggs for breakfast from their chickens, and also gave us a box of fresh eggs to take home with us. Our grandchildren loved the gardens and forest, and said it was the best 'holiday home' they have ever stayed in.

Great communication from the owners pre visit & a very friendly welcome on arrival. Our studio was cosy & the equipment provided i.e milk in fridge, coffee, tea, hot chocolate were welcoming. Gardens were great, shame we couldn't enjoy them more due to the poor weather. Our children loved the access to the netflix tv though!!! 😅

Location of property was right off the busy main road so easy to miss entrance and it was quite loud. The heat of the shower in the bathroom was also luke warm, not hot.

Very warm welcome and everything on place what we needed for stay. Kids were happy and enjoyed play around garden.

It was clean. Nice setting. Surrounded by wildlife.
