The Lydden Bell

Schitterende locatie in een groene, rustige omgeving. Oerbrits kader met gezellige pub. Keuze uit continentaal of full English ontbijt - zondermeer uitstekend! Diner was pure klasse - traditionele gerechten, maar bijzonder lekker en mooi geserveerd. Complimenten aan de chef. Mooie en verzorgde kamers met alle comfort en privé terras. Grote tuin waar het aangenaam verpozen was.

Errors on the booking, including those made by Booking.com . This is a repeated error. Charged more. Breakfast disappointing.

The location. The pub is well positioned between Dover and Canterbury. The breakfast. Lots of choice, good service and very tasty. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Dimmable bedside lamps. Car park.

The bedroom was small. The WiFi did not work for our 2 day stay. We realise we were in the countryside, but when the hotel details say good WiFi in rooms, that's what you should have. The bed was a bit hard for me, but that is a personal choice. There needs to be blackout blinds or curtains, as the light shines through the existing blinds as soon as the sun rises.

Makkelijk bereikbaar vanuit Kanaaltunnel.

Onze hybride auto konden we voor 20 pond aan de lader koppelen terwijl we maar een klein beetje nodig hadden. Het vak bleef de rest van de avond en nacht leeg en hebben we verderop in een dorp onze auto kunnen laden. Niet servicegericht.
