The Lydden Bell

Lovely warm welcome from staff and great accomodation, we stayed 2 nights whilst attending the Rally Cross championships. The pub is in a beautiful quiet location, we had a lovely room with a very comfy bed. Ate in the pub both nights which was great value and lovely food. Id definately recommend staying here, we really felt welcome and couldnt fault the pub or the team 😊

We only slept in the room because we were out at a wedding all day, so it was easy to get to the venue and back. It was nice not to be in the main building

Excellent accommodation. Breakfast served from 9am, but you could have a breakfast bag to takeaway if you were leaving earlier. Food in pub was excellent with great variety. Staff very welcoming. Lovely countryside location. Under half hour to channel tunnel.

Super staff, lovely food and a good night’s sleep just outside Dover, perfect!

Tout l accueil,les chambres,les salles de bain,le lieu,la décoration,le parking.et le plus les repas ,le soir digne d un semi gastro,le petit déjeuner British, très bon et raffiné. On a été emballé

Friendly staff, countryside location, comfortable beds, clean warm bedroom, parking outside the door. Hot breakfast on offer.

Minor points really - hard wooden uncomfortable chairs in the restaurant and the coffee machine wasn't working so we were given instant.

Ein kleines Stück von der Autobahn - und direkt in der englischen Hügellandschaft. Kleine Wohneinheiten neben gemütlichen Pub. Ganz liebevoll und schmackhaftes english breakfast.

Leider konnten wir wg. verspäteter Fähre, das Abendessen nur noch in der Theorie auf der Karte "genießen". Eine Kleinigkeit (Brot mit Aufstrich oder Suppe) ware schön gewesen...
