Love the new room

The local location and hotel facilities were good

It was very difficult to find hotel's e mail address.

The loud fan in the bathroom would not turn off. According to guest services that is by design. Ridiculous. We were able to get a refund.

Breakfast and coffee were absolutely horrible but our stay was awesome.

It’s in a building that appears to be two separate hotels. Generally clean but not the best. The staff was rather rude overall and parking (required) was pulled from the deposit for another $60 on top of room costs.

The parking was actually another 50% of the room cost. They pull it from the(also quite expensive) $200 room deposit. Overall, I booked for a $142.00 room but ended up having to pay $342.00 and they don’t share that at check in. They just take your card and run it. The staff was so rude and unhappy.

The hotel is clean and comortable and in a good location. We needed to be convenient to the Lake Chalet and to Jack London Square. The pricing is affordable for the Bay Area. We were especially appreciative of the hotel for being flexible about changing the date of our arrival.

The staff did not seem familiar with the area and restaurants.

Front desk was useless. Lied to us about availability of DYI parking locally, got the food.cafe hours wrong. TV turned on at 4 AM. Not a good experience.
