Ana Mandara Cam Ranh

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Ana Mandara Resort and had a truly wonderful experience. The lush greenery and traditional Vietnamese architecture immediately caught our eyes, and our kids loved exploring the resort. Rooms and facilities were excellent, and the bicycles provided were a big plus – my children really enjoyed cycling freely around the resort. Breakfast at Ana Sand House was varied and tasty, with both Asian and Western options, served in a bright and spacious setting. Dinner at Lagoon Restaurant was another highlight – rustic yet elegant atmosphere, delicious food, and an authentic pizza oven. Lagoon Bar was also a nice spot to enjoy drinks until midnight. A special thank you to Ms. My for her professional and friendly service. Overall, Ana Mandara gave our family a memorable holiday, and we will definitely return for our next vacation!

Our family truly loved the lush greenery – this is the resort with the most trees in Cam Ranh. On a special occasion, we were gifted an afternoon tea and given a room perfectly arranged for our family. The resort’s welcome team was very warm and relaxed, and our daughter absolutely loved the black sticky rice yogurt 😊😊. Since we arrived early, while waiting for the room, the staff guided us to join in the resort’s activities, which made our experience even more valuable. Trust me, Mr. Robert Hải will help you with all your arrangements and schedule. Although it was only our first day here, everyone – from Trọng Lưu, the electric car driver, to Cindy, the resort manager – made us feel so comfortable and friendly, as if we had stayed here before, as if we were at home. This made every moment of our stay so relaxing. In the afternoon, since my husband was busy taking care of our baby was resting, he couldn’t go for afternoon tea. The restaurant manager thoughtfully sent it up to our room along with the dish we had pre-ordered – such a surprising, delicate gesture that moved me to tears. Ah, the Fish and Chips! My child said it was the most delicious they had ever had – so good that they ordered it twice. The main swimming pool is like a work of art. In the evening, when we returned from dinner, the receptionist introduced us to a live music program happening at one of the restaurants. This showed us even more clearly how much they care about connecting and creating a full experience for their guests from beginning to end. Even my friends who came to visit were treated with warmth, friendliness, and care. The service prices were very reasonable, and Mr. Hiển from the restaurant made us feel that the value we received was far beyond what we expected. I found the management here to be very smart. The resort is perfect for walking, as the surrounding greenery makes it so pleasant to stroll around. At the same time, electric carts are always ready whenever you need them. other resorts where waiting for a buggy can be an issue, here it’s always quick and convenient. On top of that, they also provide bicycles for both adults and children – such an impressive touch, and my child absolutely loved it. The Kid’s Club also had many fun activities that our child loved. Among so many choices, it’s impossible to forget Anamandara – a place that truly makes a difference in your experience. Every moment here felt meaningful, and we felt at home from start to finish. From the reception to the restaurant, from the Kid’s Club staff to the electric car drivers from the staff to the manager– everyone was consistent, attentive, and wholehearted. Just like their welcome greeting says: Welcome home!

The hotel has a magical interior, nature, delicious food, beautiful presentation in the Laguna restaurant, but there are many shortcomings and oddities that spoil the impression. We came here specifically to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but not only did they not pay attention to this, but they also managed to spoil our holiday by refusing to provide us with dinner for an additional fee under the seafood and lobster program. There were no house slippers in the room, only beach slippers, and this is in a 5-star hotel. How and where to dine is generally unclear, sometimes only from the menu, then suddenly a buffet appears. There are very few tropical fruits, compared to other hotels. Hats and slippers that are provided by the hotel cannot be taken with you, otherwise you will have to pay, from which we can conclude that they were not new to begin with. The attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. The hotel's policy does not work in the direction of a problem-free vacation, but in the direction of open commercial gain. Decide for yourself whether you want to come to a 5-star hotel and be upset about the considerable money that the accommodation costs...

I went on a prenatal trip with my wife. The service was excellent and I had a really nice break. The staff was really nice. I also met my best friend, Naem. I had a good rest thanks to Naem. Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful. The grounds are kept immaculately. The Seaview room is so so worth. Best view ever. The room is spacious and comfortable. Great shower pressure. Most the staff were very lovely. Especially Narm & Loc - poolside manager. The spa is beautiful and my treatments were great. The pool was lovely and so are the side activities they do and the shuttle bus is great to town. The elevators are great and never had to wait for one. The buggy’s are great too. They happy to transport you all around the resort. Improvements that could be made: very slippery around the pool. There should be a water station there with sunscreen too and they need more sun beds and more service around the pool. The beds are rather hard. The food is hit and miss. The library has hardly any books and no English ones. And there is an English barrier at the resort so you just have to be aware of that and patient. If these little things got fixed it’d be 10/10 in my opinion. Right now 7/10

It was wonderful experience private BBQ with “GOBI”. He is so nice to us and I am pretty sure he is perfect server in the Ana Mandara Cam Ranh. Thanks to him it was amazing dinner for me and my husband. I am so eager to recommend the private BBQ if you are gonna stay in Ana Mandara Cam Ranh

I felt like I was in nature, so I was very happy. It was my second trip because I was fascinated by Nha Trang, and I'm planning to go to Nha Trang again next year, so it was so good that I wanted to make a reservation again.
