Ana Mandara Cam Ranh

I relaxed ib this resort with my grandson and granddaughter. The time we spent there was amazing. It was a real relaxing. The service and the stuff worked quickly and were attentive to our requests. Especially I want to say thank you to the waitress of the Ana Sand House restaurant NGỌC HƯƠNG. She was so attentive and polite. We communicated all the time in English and she understood us well. We hope we'll return to your resort again and enjoy the time.

My family and I were supposed to stay at Ana Mandara in July, I’ve booked a 2 bedroom villa for a 4 night stay just 4 weeks before our supposed arrival, on a flexible rate allowing free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Sadly a couple of days after I booked the villa my father unexpectedly passed away and amidst the shock and grief and a trip halfway around the globe to get to his funeral, I completely forgot about our reservation. I emailed the hotel on the day of our supposed arrival as I got a booking reminder on my email, describing the situation and asking for a change of dates or any other solution, of course I’m aware that a refund would not be possible. The reply I got was that they can’t help me, but may speak to a manager about this if I provide my birth certificate and my father’s death’s certificate before 4pm that day. I guess they thought I was lying? I don’t think many people would book an expensive accomodation with flexible cancellation and forget they booked it without a serious reason. Ana Mandara mentions their warm Vietnamese hospitality numerous times on their website, however I thought the communication I had with the hotel was insensitive and added to an already very stressful time. I’m unable to provide the death certificate as my family is in a legal battle with the person who has it and it’s a long story which is not appropriate to share for the sake of saving a booking. Sadly in this situation this particular resort has chosen corporate greed over customer service and hospitality and I think this is a reflection of the management’s attitude towards potential guests. I work in tourism and hospitality and have encountered many situations with guests having extraordinary circumstances and this is the first time I’m faced with a hotel treating a situation is such an insensitive manner.

Great experience Very nice pool, really enoyed Great breakfast but it would have been nice if lunch and dinner would have been better

When we arrived there around noon the room wasn’t ready and people weren’t too nice to helping us out. There were no AC and we had to wait for a while. Even after 2pm, no body came to take us in so we had to go bother them again and they gave us a key. The resort is beautiful and the pictures come out so good. The pool and the beach were also great! Beach was closed around 6pm. They had life guards whole day for the beach. We got the 60mins body massage and it was very decent. They didn’t go too hard on us so it’s very relaxing. They had discount when you book walk in. We didn’t go outside of the resort for 2days and had food at the resort all 2 days. No outside food at all. They were cost about $40 per meal for 2 people. Food was decent. We tried all 3 restaurants. Overall, the room was good and we were able to relax well but for the food, we would like to try different resort next time.

I loved how quickly the staff responded whenever I called for room service or requested a buggy — everything was super efficient. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my stay. Truly a perfect place to relax!

Highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a relax , peaceful vibe . It’s located at Bai dai beach , close to Cam Ranh international airport.The food is great , we love the design and services here . The staffs are so friendly , helpful and professional. The Ana Sand house restaurant manager is awesome and Truong (or Cuong , i forgot his name who wearing glasses ) one of restaurant staffs is amazing , they are very caring and accommodating my son Tristan who is picky eater . Very beautiful resort .but the only one thing that if they can make the private pool at villas bigger , that would be nice.

The room is clean, staffs are friendly. Views are fantastic. It is a great place to escape from a busy world. Recommend go with your significant other because I don’t think it worth the money if you go with friends.

Everything is excellent. The only thing the mattress too hard for me personally. Other then that everything is good.

너무 친절하고 깨끗하고 시설도 좋았어요 풀빌라 풀이 작은건 원래 알고 있었고 오전에 도착해서 기대도 안 했는데 아침 열시에 얼리체크인 해주고 오후에 레잇 체크아웃까지 해줬구요. 식음료가 가성비 좋은건 아니었지만 괜찮았어요. 칵테일은 모히또<피나콜라다 였네요 :)
