ビラに宿泊しました。とても快適に過ごすことができました。プールも海も堪能できました。

I stayed here with my family for one night and really liked it. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the breakfast was tasty. A great place for a short family getaway. I would stay here again.

두번째 나트랑 여행에 아나만다라를 선택한 것은 최고였습니다 :) 룸도 너무 예쁘고 항상 좋은 향이 나서 계속 머물고싶었어요ㅠㅠ만난 모든 직원이 세심하게 관심 기울여 챙겨주시고, 남편이 목감기 기운이 있어 리셉션에 약을 요청하니 리조트 상주하시는 간호사 분이 오셔서 진찰도 꼼꼼히 해주셨어요 ㅠ ㅠ 특히나 저희의 체크인/체크아웃을 모두모두 도와준 Tuan에게 정말 감사드립니다 친절하고 떠날때까지 꼼꼼히 필요한 게 없는 지 챙겨줬어요 Thanks Tuan, it was very blessing to have met you. We are leaving with a wonderful memories :) 너무 감동이었습니다…. 다시 나트랑에 온다면 재방문 꼭!! 하겠습니다 나트랑은 아나만다라…. 꼭 기억해주세용 한국 분들!!!

Their hospitality was excellent and room was clean wide enough. There were some good seafood restaurants near the hotel five minutes ride.

Considering the price of a 3-bedroom villa here, which is quite similar to places like The Anam Cam Ranh, I expected this trip to be ideal for a group of friends. Sadly, it didn’t quite meet those expectations. Let’s start with the positives: the hospitality was genuinely impressive. Most of the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. As for the room and facilities, when I was looking for a villa, I wanted something private where my friends and I could enjoy ourselves. The villa itself was fine, but the private pool was much smaller than I imagined. It wasn’t really suitable for six people, and even for three or four, it felt a bit cramped. Now, about the main pool at the resort, I personally didn’t enjoy having the restaurant located right next to it. The strong smell of chlorine mixed with food created an unpleasant atmosphere. Plus, with the restaurant so close, water splashes were everywhere, which really affected the experience of dining by the beach. When I eat by the sea, I hope to enjoy the taste of the food, the ocean breeze, and the sound of the waves, not the splash and smell of pool water. What disappointed me most was the inconsistency in service standards. I noticed several foreign guests walking around with drinks from the buffet in paper cups, yet when I politely asked for the same, I was told it wasn’t allowed. This kind of double standard felt unfair and frankly, unprofessional. It gave me the impression that the rules were applied differently depending on who you are, which shouldn’t happen in a resort of this level.

There is a big room to improve the service.

We are staying in the premier suite with private pool. The property is amazing with breathtaking views. Tonight we enjoyed dinner at the Lagoon Restaurant which was delicious. The chef, Danh Sinh cooked beautiful Vietnamese cuisine. Cindy, one of the resort manager, together with the staff provided excellent friendly service. We will definitely visit the restaurant again so we can try everything on the menu! Highly recommend

Gobi was amazing! He served us in the wonderful dinner, his personality and professionalism made our day! I will recommend he to work as full time!

My stay at Ana Mandara was so nice. Good room condition, nice food and beverage made my vacation perfect. Best part was private bbq. Especially Mr. Gobi's service and serving was outstanding.
