Excellent service, clean space, directly on the beach

This is my 2nd return to Ana Mandara at Cam Ranh. Everything was perfect and satisfied. Villas was nice and well managed ,buffet food was delicious and more variety. But this season was windy and couldn’t swimming on the beach but that’s ok. Next time I will come back on summer day.

Our family with 10 members are totally happy with excellent service here The receptionist keeps saying apologize for the beach wedding which may disturb our stay but it did not. Tasty and healthy breakfast is also a good recommendation. We also tried pizza at the Pool is really nice. We stayed at 2 suite bedroom with comfortable bed, convenient amenities We will comeback next time

Bad things: Room 80% clean , I saw some hair and sand on the floor. Service staffs look unprofessional, they didnt smile at the guests. My son was hit by a restaurant staff with his black trolley, i dont think its a big deal but at least we should get an apology.  Some food was not taste , oily. seem like can food or market food , salad dressing look messy , worst hollandaise sauce ever .Food is not varied , couldnt "Wow"the guests , like repeat every day .Cause breakfast is free ? No english speaking chef who can support and take care foreign guests ,I just wanna check with chef incharge the type of meat used in yellow fried cake but she showed me the way to toilet ???."just say i dont know if u cant understant "i said . Cooks who work at stations weren't friendly , they were talking to each others and didnt paying attention to the guests. Lunch time at main pool restaurant i got a bland coconut. We ordered room service for dinner, they arrived 40 minutes later and our foods were cold.  We had planned for a private BBQ party nextday but after all I decided to cancel it. I know they try to be nice , but they dont know how to service. This resort is under my expectations

The whole resort is meticulously kept, beautiful rooms & quiet location. Staff are friendly and happy to help in whatever they can. The day spa is incredible, and the food & drink service in both restaurants is fantastic. Swimming is not recommended at the beach for safety, but the pool more than makes up for it.

Fantastically beautiful resort, where every detail has been thought of from the entrance to the sea! The vibe is cosy and the staff is very friendly. Everything is clean, stylish and on point. We have enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. There are neither too many people, too loud music nor too many wild activities. It has been nice for our family to really slow down and get a break from the stress of everyday life.

best ever! it was a great place! I will come back again next year!

깔끔하고 친절하고 다 좋았습니다

We had a lovely stay at this amazing resort with such friendly and attentive staff. There was an impressive large variety of food available for breakfast. Veganism has barely reached Vietnam, however the chef was able to accommodate our needs, albeit on a limited selection. They clearly prioritised customer service which showed. We were particularly impressed with Hưng, Guest Experience Manager and Thiên Trường, F&B Supervisor for taking very good care of us. Thank you and to all your colleagues who always greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a spectacular seaview. The resort is some distance from town, however they provided a free of charge twice daily shuttle bus service. We highly recommend this resort if you want to be at one with nature and enjoy excellent customer service. Thank you to Cindy the Manager who warmly greeted us during our stay. Van Anh & David
