The design concept is very nice. The staff was very pleasant.

I was under the impression there was a pool. And there wasn't. Also when I pulled up and engaged with valet and front desk I asked was it $65 for the entire stay or day to day. The valet attendant stated it was for the stay. On check out after looking at receipt I was charged $75 per night. Had I been informed correctly I would not have done valet.

Cleanliness

Vanity kits were not replenished daily. Also wish it had a Bible like the other Hilton’s

The property is nice. I like the roof top bar and breakfast. It’s close to my daughters apartment so it’s very convenient

I have stayed at the Morrow many times and every time I come and stay there are things that don’t work or are broken. The coffee machine did not work and the little frig in my room did not work this time. Also the espresso machine did not work up in the roof top for breakfast. That is a management issue. But when I did tell the staff at the front desk they are very kind and replaced both items in my room promptly. That was nice. Also the gym was very nice but also they ran out of towels and cleaning wipes and it was 8:00 am when I was there.

Very nice room, loved the lighting and the beds were super comfy.

Normally any deposit is given back, I haven't received mine yet.
