The cleanliness of the hotel , the carpet was stained and dirty. Our tv didn’t work and we had to ask for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very professional. After speaking with someone over the phone she basically hung up in my face after the call without saying bye

Hotel was very nice. The room was also very big and nicely decorated.

I used the hotel soap/lotion and it had a very strong smell that lingered forever.

Good facilities. Quiet, modern. View from rooftop is great.

Service is very slow at rooftop restaurant.

Breakfast starting too late and staff were not ready at 7:00.

There was a persistent foul odour in the reception area throughout our entire four-day stay. The carpet in our room was heavily stained and appeared unclean. We were required to change rooms because the original room had visible stains on the wall that looked like dried coffee splatter. We went to the rooftop restaurant for dinner and found it underwhelming. Service was slow, the food was so oversalted that it was inedible, and we were served something different from what was listed on the menu because they could not be bothered to make it properly. Overall a disappointing experience.

The location was great. It was accessible to many surrounding attractions. The metro was very close by which was nice.

Rehana was an amazing! She was very accommodating, her energy was great! Also the BRUNCH 10/10!!!!best eggs I’ve ever had
