Fantastic cleaning and room service from Claudia! She also organized our room and bagged dirty clothes. The NOMA area of town has a lot going on as well.

Stayed over Thanksgiving while visiting son who lives nearby. Very convenient, staff all friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent, enjoyed the rooftop bar to sit and read on a warm day. Hotel was very comfortable, and we would happily stay again. We enjoyed the train sounds, but I imagine if you are a light sleeper, you might do better in a room that is not next to the tracks.

I so badly want to recommend this hotel. It has so much going for it. Beautiful design. Amazing staff. Great service. Good location for meetings on Capitol Hill. Comfy bed. Good shower. Everything you would want. The problem? It's built literally right next to the main train tracks that carry passenger trains in and out of Washington's busy Union Station. Commuter trains. Intercity Amtrak trains. Subway trains. They all use this route just 25 feet from the hotel. During the day, the train noise is pretty much constant. It isn't as bad at night, but it never goes away.

My recent stay at The Morrow Hotel was outstanding. The property is well maintained, the staff is attentive, and my room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I also want to recognize the valet service, which was excellent throughout my stay. The valet attendants were professional, efficient, and welcoming, and the process for both drop-off and pickup was seamless. Overall, The Morrow provides a high-quality experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

A great hotel nestled in the bustling Union Market neighborhood that provided excellent service by a welcoming staff. The room was perfect for a family of 4 and the food was devoured so it had to be good. Overall a clean, economic and wonderful place as a base of operations if you are visiting the District!
