This is a great location with lots of things to do around. I got the premium king suite and the bathroom is so nice. Kassim helped me at the front desk. He was professional, kind, and made sure I got the correct room. Would highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at The Morrow several times in the past couple of years and I truly enjoy my time and experience there. The location is perfectly situated. The service is beyond professional, accommodating and helpful. All members from the concierge to doorman and housekeeping are incredibly kind but in particular, Rehana always goes above and beyond to help ensure my stay is special. I also enjoy the service and management at the rooftop Restaurant (recently revamped by Marcus Samuelsson) and the Afro modernism vibes and decor are lovely. This won’t be my last visit!

Staff was excellent & attentive to details especially Frank the bellman who greeted everyone warmly made sure lobby was clean & neat and was non-stop helping guests. Thanks

Clean, comfortable, loved the entrance and employees were very nice. Room was beautiful and I loved the view. It is close to subway but that didn’t bother me nor did it disrupt our sleep. I do like that the rooms are also more spacious than the usual hotel room in D.C.

I had called room service to ask for the facial steam packets but they don’t provide any of those products even though it’s listed as part of the amenities. A friend had visited before and they also told her the same thing so Im not sure why add something that cant be provided. I also wish the website would state that refrigerator should be requested before arrival.
