No shower

Staff was saying take shower to downstairs in common bath and not say sorry at all the room shower was not working and they know it have video proof of it

"Scolding hot shower 😢"

２泊３日で宿泊しました。１回も部屋の掃除してくれませんでした。部屋のタオルはバスタオル含め１枚。１回もタオルを交換してくれませんでした。
