Reasonably easy to travel to and from Heathrow. I had an evening flight arrival. Slept the night here and travelled onward the next day. That worked well

Nothing

The staff was very friendly and we were provided with an EU converter. The location is very close to the airport so its really convenient. The price is excellent.

Between 5am and 10pm the airplanes from Heathrow are flying over every 2 minutes. Unfortunately there is little to no noise protection in the rooms so sleeping during those times is tough. The cleanliness of the kitchen was also lacking.

I did not use this property. There was no front line staff. The property contact number doesn't work. Please refund my money. Thank you

I couldn't gain entrance into the property. There was no staff available and keys/code to enter the property was not given. The worst of it was that the property contact number doesn't work. Please make a full refund. I slept in my car that night. Soon, I will contact my lawyer to take it up. Thank you

It was conveniently located for my needs. The room was a good size and clean. The aeroplane noise didn't bother me, and it stopped before midnight.

The mattress was fairly worn, and I had the feeling rolling to one side nearly of the bed all the time. It's such a shame that the garden at the back has become a rubbish dump. This could be a really nice place to relax.
