Clean room in a good location close to Heathrow airport & Twickenham. Reasonably priced.

Bed was quite hard, pillow was flat. Room was beey warm, but when opening a window, regular flights took off and flew over the hotel throughout the night.

Molt net. Amb kettle a l’habitació, cafè, te, una ampolla d’aigua. Vaig demanar una planxa i me la donaren al moment.

Easy to find. Good location off the main road. The first gentleman who was behind reception when we arrived in the morning was really helpful and allowed us to park in the “car park” area before check in. The room was clean.

With the location being by a busy main road, the noise was loud. This had been mentioned in other reviews, but I underestimated the noise. If you’re wanting a good night sleep then this is not the place to stay. The room was incredibly hot and the fan that was provided was terrible. The “car park” area was a dumping ground for all their rubbish and looked more like a recycling centre, as you can see in the picture - however the first gentleman explained the car would be safer in this area than left on the main road. The room was clean but mould can be seen in the shower - with a huge build up of limescale in the shower and poor water pressure. When we arrived to check in, a younger gentleman asked to take a photocopy of my ID and explained that they wanted to do this due to recent issues they had had with the Police - I said I didn’t want my ID being photocopied, but was happy for them to take a copy of my credit card (despite booking and paying through Booking.com) and with this he said not to bother. The explanation for this I don’t think was justified and it all just felt odd and unprofessional, hence the hesitation. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were thin, making sleeping near on impossible. I don’t feel the price we paid to stay was value for money at all, like other people had commented on their reviews.
