Shower water was either freezing or scalding

The location was great for my needs. Superb transport links. The room was spacious and the bed was more than comfortable. Sleep was achieved with no issues. I was provided with complimentary teas,coffees, soaps and shower gels too. Nothing was too much trouble at this property 👍

there was nothing i didn't like. the room did what i needed. more tea and coffee sachets would have been good but i'm sure if i had of asked i would have been given more so that is me being super picky.

I stayed 2 nights at Travelers Hub in Hounslow and, although it was not perfect, the staff made the experience much more enjoyable. The reception staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, which I really appreciated. The room was quite spacious, with one double bed and one single bed, and it was very warm and comfortable inside, which I liked a lot. I also appreciated having access to the shared kitchen, where I could make myself a coffee after asking reception for extra instant coffee. There is also a paved outdoor area where I could sit quietly, smoke, and enjoy my coffee.

The property could benefit from a bit more maintenance and organisation. The carpet in the room had some iron burn marks, and the wardrobe was quite damaged and only had two hangers. The parking area was not very appealing, as it looked more like a storage yard with construction materials, metal, wood, and an abandoned car. Also, to enter or leave with the car, the receptionist had to come and open the gates each time. However, despite these small issues, the kindness and helpful attitude of the staff left a positive impression overall.
