The place is ok, very comfortable bed, water coming up from the entrance door,must be a leaking. They ask $100 deposit before check in, and then for 100 pesos they make a big deal regarding a chipped cup that I don’t even touch it.It was a pleasant stay with my wife, but they might want to pay the cleaning lady with 5 dollars they withdraw from my deposit. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I have been charged for my deposit a chipped coffee cup for $100 Mexican pesos meaning 5 dollars without using it. Come on, you must get rich! Ridiculous and funny

Superó nuestras expectativas. Había leído comentarios negativos, pero confirmé que muchos vienen de no entender el concepto. No es un hotel tradicional, es un condominio con departamentos: no hay limpieza diaria ni recepción, y eso se informa desde el inicio. Si sabes a lo que vienes, no afecta en nada. Sobre la ubicación, Tulum es pequeño, así que “lejos” es relativo. Con coche o transporte todo queda cerca. También leí que la calle de acceso estaba mal, pero es solo una cuadra y no representa problema; además, la zona se siente tranquila y exclusiva. El lugar está muy bien cuidado: limpio, buenos acabados, cama cómoda, cocina equipada, albercas en excelente estado y un gimnasio muy bien equipado. Sin duda vale la pena. 5 estrellas, con expectativas correctas.

Tulum is scattered a little. You need a car.

L’endroit est magnifique est c’est super d’être en autonomie mais ça a aussi son lot de déconvenues .

Le fait que le personnel de sécurité soit sur place mais pas du tout apte à aider dans une autre langue que l’espagnol.

Quarto belíssimo, cama muito confortável, linda vista, edifício lindíssimo com um terraço maravilhoso onde dava para ver um lindo por do sol

Na descrição dizia ter estacionamento, e os estacionamentos disponíveis eram os do lado de fora do local, o caminho para chegar até o lugar um pouco incômodo mas não tira o brilho do lugar

Condominio Misty Garden is a very nice place to stay. One big plus is that they offer free parking for cars, which is very convenient. There is a restaurant on the rooftop, so you can have lunch and dinner there without leaving the hotel. Prices at the restaurant are normal, average and reasonable. The rooms are new and fresh, with modern furniture and very clean. Everything looks well maintained and stylish in a Tulum style design. Overall, this is a great hotel for an optimal price. I definitely recommend it to everyone!
