Beautiful condo

This was my 5th or 6th stay in the past two years. It’s a beautiful lush property and the units are so affordable, clean, modern, comfortable with everything you may need. Best of both worlds conveniently located between the beach and el Centro in Tulum.

I did not stay at this property. When we got to Tulum they told us the day of that the room was not available. And sent us to Mistiq Tulum one of the other properties. Location was cool but the was smaller than what I had booked for 5 adults.

The resort had mold inside and out. It starting flooding in the house when it rained. The toilets keep stopping up. They don’t give you clean towels. Keep telling us they have to check and see if house keeping was available and we never received any clean ones. The fact that adults had to sleep on twin beds and we booked for Queen and king beds what we paid for. Mistiq Tulum is way cheaper that what the property we payed for. I paid for Mistiq Gardens it was a very nice elegant property with 2 levels and 2 pools with patio. The rooms had a beautiful view at the Mistiq Gardens the from we was suppose to get. This room did not have a view at all. This was the worst birthday gift to my son ever. Reached out to booking to tell them the problem and they offered a $50 credit🤬 WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN.

Beautiful apartment complex but not worth the lack of customer service in emergency situation.

Extremely negative experience. Beautiful apartment building but Horrible customer service in an emergency situation. I accidentally left the key in the apartment and found out there is no spare key. I was locked out for 3+ hours and forced to pay a locksmith to retrieve my belongings. The property manager would not help with payment and referred me to an unsafe locksmith company who tried to scam me for more money. The next day the power was out for 8+ hours - ruining $100 worth of food we bought for the kitchen. Lastly, the appliances didn’t work. There was no Wi-Fi (luckily, we connected to the neighbors so we could work) and the coffee pot didn’t work.

Beautiful and clean pools and a close drive to the beach

Everything was damp inside even with AC on. The bedding and any clothing left in the living room and one of the bedrooms always felt wet. TONS of ants and no bug spray provided, all elevators were broken aside from one which then also shut down due to weather…leaving us to carry groceries and two children 5 flights up and down daily. Mistiq concierge via WhatsApp was also no help when we requested to be compensated even an apology would have been appreciated for major inconvenience and they refused to respond after telling us it wasn’t there problem.

The flat was quite new, the building is really nice, the surroundings are beautiful

There was a close by hurricane, so elevators didn't work for a couple of days.

my stay here did not start out well due to arriving at the location and our apartment was completely dirty. There were bugs inside the apartment. There was trash everywhere. There were beds, not made basically nobody did housekeeping before we arrived. To preface, the hotel already had extremely bad communication with us. I messaged a month prior, a week prior, two days prior, a day prior and the day of prior. We had received no information about our apartment. two hours before our check-in that is when we received the information and how to get into the apartment. There is no concierge there. The person you contact to is through WhatsApp they are only available until 5 PM. I tried calling them. I tried texting them no matter what. Unfortunately, I got there after 5 PM so that just meant that I wasn’t gonna be helped, wasted in our apartment around 6:30 that is when I got a call back after I tried to message everyone that the security told me to message. We were able to be moved to a different location just for the night. we felt very uncomfortable to have been in the apartment. We couldn’t even situate ourselves when arriving from the airport after that there were numerous situations where we try to get their help and we did not get a response Or if we did it took hours. If we were able to get through to someone by phone call, the person who answered would be very rude. We honestly were very happy that we got to get out of that apartment as fast as we could.
