The George & Dragon

I really liked the interiors of the george and dragon, the staff were also very friendly! The breakfast was amazing.

The mattress was a little too soft for me, but this is just a personal preference.

Cool decor, clean, good food (breakfast was delicious)

Very poor sleep - noise from drunk patrons outside, curtains did nothing to block light & bed creaked and dipped whenever we moved. Very small room making it hard to move around. Room was also very hot - couldn’t open window due to noise from people outside and rattling windows but a fan was provided which was welcome.

Big room , nice coffee in bedroom , great breakfast.

It was expensive for only one night.

Our room (The Darby) was excellent. We didn't expect to have a small annex as well as the main bedroom so that was a real bonus. The bathroom was gorgeous and the Bramley products were very nice; the Bramley reed diffuser ensured the room smelled lovely. The addition of the Dyson Cool was really appreciated and it was super efficient. Lastly, the breakfast was outstanding. The breakfast room/restaurant is lovely and bright and very well decorated and the food was marvellous - the best French Toast I've ever had!

Nothing I can think of to fault this lovely pub/hotel.

Gute Lage mitten im Dorf. Privater, wenn auch enger, Parkplatz. Nettes Personal und gutes Restaurant. Gutes Zimmer.

Die Bausubstanz ist eher mässig. Die Böden schwingen bei jeden Schritt.
