Not the fault of host, but construction next door was very noisy. Also street traffic was noisy

The location is amazing, with parking being the added bonus. The apartment is nicely decorated with all the amenities we needed (we're a small family 1 infant). The staff were fast to respond and there was always someone available (although things weren't always able to be sorted). Bear in mind the is parking it is extremely tight. For reference we had a Seat Leon for a few days and that was tight to manoeuvre around.

1. The hot water didn't always work so having a shower was a bit of a gamble. We were told the boiler runs out after extensive use, but we experienced this first thing in the morning when the hot water had not been used all night. 2. On the last day when stripping the bedding we noticed the pillows were heavily stained from old sweat marks which was disgusting and we wish we noticed earlier (something I'll check first at any accommodation now). 3. The toilet brush in the ensuite needed changing... It had some old marks which wasn't pleasant. 4. The 2nd toilet leaked when flushed 5. The cooker we learnt on the last day was temperamental and switched off by itself randomly. 6. The electric blinds stopped working on the 2nd day. 7. There's no hook in the bathroom to hang your towels Staff are always available but it wasn't always possible to get things rectified. If the above minor issues were fixed or things replaced this place would be a 5/5. But unfortunately from our experience I don't think we'll be staying here again, which is a shame as it is a beautiful place & well located.

It’s a great location not far from the city center, close to the subway. You can leave your car in the parking lot. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The check-in time was stated as 3 PM. Edgar contacted me a day before, but did not provide any check-in details. At 2:30 PM, I wrote to him myself asking for the self-check-in information, and he replied that the apartment was not ready yet and needed cleaning because I had previously indicated my arrival time as 4 PM. However, I had paid for the apartment, and my plans could change, so I was totally unhappy that I couldn’t check in immediately upon arriving in the city. When I asked if I could park my car and wait, Edgar did not respond and didn’t answer calls. Later, we were able to check in (thankfully, the cleaning was done quickly)

Me gustó mucho todo. Era comodo, limpio, moderno y tenía de todo para sentirte como en casa y además con parking un extra a valorar.

Central location, very clean and spacious. The apartment stretched from front to back of the building, which allowed for sun coming in at the start and end of the day. Clear instructions for accessing the apartment and regular contact by staff.

Nothing. Slight incline up the street, but not really much of an issue, in the grand scheme of things.
