on the water 4 -One-of-a-Kind Stay Free Parking

Raining hard when arrived , had to call to gain access through marina gate. Subsequently had to rely on others coming and going from the marina properties . Not too much bother but left us feeling anxious about getting in and out .

Photography did not really give good impression of how cramped the property was for 3 females. stairs to mezzanine bedroom were treacherous , like a ladder to climb not great in the middle of the night to use the toilet. Felt cramped . TV difficult to sync in to wifi . managed with help of staff or AI on line .

I liked that it was free parking, and located at Marina with so many facilities nearby

Shower was useless, a weak trickle that couldn’t maintain a constant temperature and kept swinging from scalding hot to freezing cold and back again, with only a few seconds at a comfortable temperature with each swing. TV didn’t work, couldn’t connect to network, so couldn’t watch streaming platforms such as Netflix/Amazon/iPlayer etc, neither could we screen mirror from phone or laptop. Sofa was filthy on arrival - covered in stains of god only knows what. (Photo provided). We reported all of these issues on our first night of our 3 night stay. Maintenance never came to sort any of them. They basically replied “nothing we can do, we suggest you don’t have showers!” (Screenshots provided). Disappointed, as we specifically choose this because it had a rating of 8+, but could not honestly rate it that high ourselves. We managed ok in the end, but personally I wouldn’t stay there again at this price. It’d either need to be significantly reduced in price, or they’d need to offer a money-back guarantee that these issues have been resolved.

The view. it was small but very comfortable. It was not far away from restaurants and public transport.

Hot water from taps in sinks not great. Never really reached warm. Had to boil kettle to do washing up effectively

Great location. Very comfortable had everything we needed. Lovely views over the marina.
