The Van Zant House

Poorly renovated, window wouldn't close all the way, crack at bottom of door, sheets were stained.

Place is completely furnished, quiet, private, everything you will need when away from home.

It's defiantly an old garage. Sewer smells occasionally but nothing overwhelming.

Always a great time !

The facility was awesome. We enjoyed the quiet time.

The history of the house, played pool

We could not stay the two days , it was so dirty, I am allergic to dust and had a allergic attack, there were Flys in the house everywhere, and sometype of bugs bit me all over my body, we both sleep on the couches the first night because the living room air was the only one that we could get to be cool. There was only one towel and wash cloth so there was not enough towels for us to shower if we wanted to. Instruments all broke in pool room so no playing music, old stero we could not figure out how to make work. No shampoo or soap provided. Ceiling in living room covered in dust. Exposed wires, holes in walls, peeling wall paper, Grease and dust and dead roaches and dirt everywhere. We left in the morning and did not return for the second night so wasted $250.00 and had to spend another $170.00 on another hotel for the night, very disappointed that for the price of the stay they could not even have someone to clean it.

Quiet, roomy and private. Full size refrigerator.

Missing some of the little "extras" I've become accustomed to in an air BNB. (Little shampoo and conditioner, guidebook). The shower was small (short) even for me.

Nice house, very clean, with comfortable beds. Since we're big Lynyrd Skynyrd fans, it was exciting for us! We also visited the Hell House dock and the cemetery while here.

There was no breakfast. I cash out Todd Smith 200.00 before he gave me the code for the room he said Booking required it now this is Tuesday and he told me to complain to you for my deposit. That you required it.now please I would like my deposit back. the room was lelf clean we wasn't Harley there I stay at friends house most of the time.

The shower was in a small space the floor was a hazards the way they was build.that wasn't a very good experience considers I put out almost 500.00 for 2 nights.
