Comfortable with all the facilities you would reasonably need. The location is next to ample parking both free and paid and it's right in the centre of Dunoon. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk if that, and it has a partial sea view. All in all a nice little place on the inside.

There are a LOT of stairs that were pretty tough for me as I have walking difficulties, and it looks pretty rough from the outside. It's next to a pub that seems to still have lock ins so our first night we were awakened at 2am with shouting etc. Obviously not the property owners fault but still that impacted our night and it will impact others in the future.

Everything was as described and per photographs. Close to all amenities, shops, bars & restaurants. Short walk from Passenger ferry and Coal Pier.

Happy with everything but worth a mention. Steep external staircase to access the property which wasn’t a problem for us but might not suit anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely spacious flat, much bigger than I thought it would be. The bed was soft and quite low, but I slept well. Good quality furniture and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful despite being in the town centre. It was a nice touch that the Netflix account was ready to go (most places I have to log into my own account and then forget to log out when I leave!)

The cord for the blinds in the bedroom was far too high. I'm 5ft 7 and was up on my tip toes to close them, and it was a real struggle. Lack of hanging space for clothes and the small stand in the corner was quite unsteady. I thought the coffee machine and two pods left was a nice touch ( so I didn't buy coffee for the next morning), however, it wouldn't work, and after looking online, it seems it needs descaled. The disk needed to do this wasn't there, so unfortunately, I couldn't have a coffee on my first morning. Also, despite the overall cleanliness of the rest of the flat, the machine was covered in coffee grounds around the pod area and the base. The external stairs have been mentioned in previous reviews. I didn't have a major issue as it was light and lovely weather while I was there However, it was a struggle getting up the stairs with my luggage, and I would not recommend it to anyone with disabilities or mobility issues. I definitely would not want to use them in the dark or the winter.

The property was in a central location. It was clean and airy.

The toilet didn’t flush well at all, had to flush repeatedly as the amount of water being released was too small. The television needs to be larger, just too small for a room that size, the current tv would be better situated on the bedroom wall. Needs a full length mirror. The mirror in the bedroom is merely for a piece of wall art as it is too high up on the wall and hanging at the head of the bed. The climb up the metal staircase is not easy and needs a bit of paint to make it look better

Couldn't find the property using google map and directions, and only found it after calling the proprietor. It was dark and raining when we arrived and were confronted by an enormous metal staircase which led to property. Stairs were dangerous and no lighting to check where you were stepping. Also the edge of steps have a metal lip which you can catch your feet on. When you finally make it to the top, the main door access where you gain entrance to flats is open and you have to try and see numbers on keysafe which was outside main door and was dark, so required a torch to see number dial. The flat itself was quite modern and clean, but was freezing and took hours for the electric radiators to warm the place. The sofa was so low it was difficult to get up from and the bed was low also. I would never recommend staying here due to the entrance stairs, as I feel they are too dangerous. Didn't stay the 2nd night and moved to another property. Attempted to get a partial refund as were not informed of the staircase on website, but proprietor declined my request, and blamed expedia for not advertising this issue. I believe it should be the proprietor to properly inform guests of issues at accommodation and advertise properly. I found it difficult to get through to expedia after arrival and when i did, after a couple of attempts, it involved a lengthy call and they promised to reply, after contacting proprietor, but didn't, so I had to call again. Very disappointing experience

Great location and brilliant sizeable apartment. Generally good facilities.

It was very cold when we arrived, there was no heating on and took.s while to heat up. Was plenty warm once the heating got going. We were here in winter! The only place I could find to dry my hair with a mirror was standing in the hall. There is a steep metal staircase to the apartment which I didn't know about and could do with lighting for at night not easy to see.
