Nulla. Capisco le lamentele di qualcuno ma essendo fuori stagione è anche ovvio non poter aver tutto.

I was terribly disappointed with this stay and feel that the photos and description was very misleading. During a two night stay we only had contact with one staff member. There was no one at the front desk at any time. They have self check in feature but they don't tell you how to contact anyone with issues and we had several. The balcony off the room was in such bad shape that it wouldn't have been safe to use. It appeared to be detaching from

The room was small. Bed was comfortable, climate control was good, bathroom was older and loved the wainscoting but not the mold on the shower wall. The green main carpet in the room was kind of creepy but the problem was the red rug on top had a huge wrinkle that could not be smoothed down/straightened out and I almost killed myself tripping over it on my way to the bathroom during the night. Should be removed altogether as it is a tripping hazard. The common area had a great coffee machine and access to a microwave, but no ice, and it was almost 90 degrees I needed a cold drink. An unnecessary text message at 9:14AM reminded me checkout was at 11AM, but I was trying to sleep until 9:30AM bc I had a long drive that day. Actually pretty impossible to sleep bc of all the door slamming and yelling in the morning by people who were checking out early. Never did meet anyone who actually worked there, this hotel was fully on autopilot. There were no food options anywhere nearby.

The deck off the back slider was frightening in room 210. Also there was no staff anywhere to be found.

I love staying at the Mountaineer. I stay there every time I go to Vermont. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Parking is very easy good location, central to many restaurants and other amenities. Very nice coffee bar beautiful pool for swimming. great atmosphere. Love the easy check-inprocess. Everything is digital no keys to worry about.

We had an amazing experience at the Inn. The hotel is quant and in a beautiful part of Dover - right by Mt Snow. The communal area was homey, the backyard space was lovely and our room was clean & cozy. Best of all were the staff! Owen, a member of the team on site was so incredibly helpful and made our stay perfect.

While i met no staff (check-in was automated), the system worked well and I was able to access my room easily. It's a simple stay, but the room was clean, bed was very comfortable and updated (well beyond what you'd expect for a trekking spot) and location is excellent for hiking.
