"Would not recommend this place- bed clean and comfortable but too much hassle signing in"

check in was all via email. after the initial check-in, we waited 30 -40 minutes for our room codes. We had to call the number listed for help getting the codes. One code did not work and it took an additional 40 min to get that resolved. Women on the phone was polite but she had to keep putting me on hold to get information. They said there ws breakfast but when we emailed the night before they said no breakfast and the coffer machine was brolen.

There is no staff, you have to check in yourself. While we tried to check in , we were asked to give $151.53 deposit.There were 4 ladies waiting there for 45 minutes for the text messages with the codes to enter rooms.... we asked them about the deposit, they said they had to give $50 deposit, so we decided to call and ask why we should be paying $151.53. After talking to customer service and doing the check in with her, this time the screen asked for $50 deposit. Everything took much longer then it should. The ladies that were waiting for codes, spent an hour and half just to get in the rooms, the codes weren't working and it happened few times. When we came back from town we turned on the air conditioner... we learned, it was barely working. It would work for about 30 minutes blowing barely cool air and stop completely. It would not go back on again untill we turned it on manually again, we tried this several times. It was 80 degrees in the room, we called customer service, the lady said she will let the maintenance know and he will come by.We waited 40 minutes and decided to call again.She offered us different room, but she said it might be a downgrade, we couldn't agree to that, after going back and forth, she gave us room across. Same problem, called again, it was HOT all night, we asked for refund, nothing. I noticed reading reviews ,the manager responds only to good ones. Bad service, dirty windows , no ice , no working coffee maker DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

We got there and were unable to get in. No code send. Had to call for code, the code they sent didn’t work finally after about 20 minutes another guest showed up and let us in. Advertising pool, the pool was closed

When we got here there is no staff on. You register on a tablet and then they text you the room number and entry Cody. Ours didn’t work and I finally got a hold of someone and they sent a new entry coated so we could get in. They do not serve breakfast and the coffee maker was broken. They did respond to me and recommend a couple local restaurants.

"One night get away"

It was just a quick one day get away for us. The Inn needed a few updates. We took our own tour of the place. We found the large room that had a coffee maker, but it was out of order. The weather was rainy so you would expect a nice fire going in that room, nope. The back grounds had two firepits, a pool that wasn't ready yet, and a beautiful grassy area, but due to the pouring rain, we'll have to wait until next trip. The location of the Inn was close to many places to check out. I would suggest for the front desk to give us info., not just for the Inn amenities,but for the area on restaurants and such.

"Warm and dry."

No one was at the Inn. Getting into the hotel and getting a code sent took 45 minutes. There was absolutely no one in the Inn the whole time we were there. Spooky, (picture the movie The Shining) but thankful for the room.

No one at reception desk to help us get in. If we had been older and not tech savvy, we would not have been able to stay.
