Rose Hill Inn

My husband and I had such a great stay. The owners are so friendly. Checking in is effortless. The room we booked was so lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The owners really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast accommodations! The owner was very helpful, storing our pedal bikes in their garage overnight. The breakfasts were delicious and the extra amenities in the room were a plus! We would definitely recommend this Bed and Breakfast and would like to return ourselves.

Stayed 2 nights at this lovely INN in Versailles KY. We had the Library Suite. It was large, very clean, well stocked, and on the first floor as you walk inn. Gracious hosts, excellent breakfast, easy walk to downtown..hard to imagine a better stay!!

Cannot say enough good thinks about Rose Hill and the owners! There was not one detail missing from our stay there. The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything one needs from bathrobes, water, snacks, keurig machine, coffee and supplies, hangers, ironing board, tv, shampoo/soaps. The Inn itself was beautifully done inside and outside! The owners are fabulous land so very accommodating. They cooked the breakfast each morning (for options available each day!) and told us history of the Inn. Friendliest couple and daughter owners. I could not imagine staying anywhere else! Oh, and there were two restaurants not 5 minutes away that we had dinner, and they did not disappoint either. Would stay there and recommended wholeheartedly!

Excellent location for visiting distilleries between Louisville and Lexington areas or horse country. Robin and Rachel have done a beautiful job with this B&B; they have already thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was great every morning; loved having a choice, including a special selection every day. I cannot think of any way they could have made our stay any better! The little town of Versailles is adorable, with a few good restaurant choices. Highly recommend!!

It was the most amazing inn. Given, it was the first we have been in, while doing a US road trip, having flown from Europe. The hosts are amazing and easygoing and the breakfast is to die for. Amazing experience overall!

The home and grounds are beautiful and the surrounding area peaceful. Owners and staff made us feel like family. Love the attention to details including the decor and amenities. The breakfast was wonderful. The check-in directions were thorough and easy to follow. Can’t wait to visit again and bring my family.
