"Perfect Inn"

We love this Bed & Breakfast! I don’t want to give it a good review because all the rooms will stay taken😁but it is a wonderful place! The rooms are super clean and beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious! We love the area and the inn keepers. I can’t say enough positive things about the inn.

Robin and Rachel were very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfy and french toast for breakfast was fantastic. You won't be disappointed with Rose Hill Inn!

"Exceptional"

This was our second stay at Rose Hill Inn. The Inn is a quiet and convenient place to stay when in Versailles. Rooms are comfortable and spotless. The location is great for walking to the Amsden Bourbon Bar and places to eat. And, it is close to Woodford Reserve and Keeneland. Great place to stay.

Room was well-appointment with water, snacks, toiletries. Robin & Sean were lovely hosts at breakfast and Robin was very knowledgeable about the history of the 200 year-old property when we asked.

The French toast was delicious. But the scrambled eggs were overcooked and not warm.

It was difficult to put code in door when we arrive with sun shining on the key pad.

Lovely Bed & Breakfast on a beautiful property within walking distance to the heart of the downtown Versailles area. The breakfast each morning was good. The owners/staff were very attentive to our needs, especially my severe food allergies. The shower is HUGE and beautiful.

The temperature was controlled by the panel in the main hallway and the people in the room across the hall kept turning it down making our room rather cold (thankfully the room came equipped with a space heater that was used daily).
